TechFlow reports on October 30, according to The Block, the Crypto Council for Innovation (CCI) announced it will collaborate with member organizations including the Proof of Stake Alliance (POSA) to promote "educating global policymakers about the critical role of staking in the cryptocurrency industry." Notably, U.S. regulators, including the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), have recently targeted staking services in multiple enforcement actions.
