TechFlow news, October 25 — According to The Block, the Aptos Foundation has announced a collaboration with decentralized AI platform FLock.io to develop AI-powered tools tailored specifically for its custom programming language, Move. This initiative aims to streamline Move's coding process and enhance development efficiency.
FLock.io has developed a large language model (LLM) fine-tuned specifically for the Move language on the Aptos network. Initial tests indicate that FLock.io’s LLM outperforms state-of-the-art models like ChatGPT-4 in generating Move-specific code, significantly improving code accuracy and readability.
Bashar Lazaar, Head of Ecosystem and Grants at the Aptos Foundation, stated: "Without the right tools, adopting Move could be daunting." Originally created by Meta (then Facebook) for its Diem stablecoin project, the Move language is considered more user-friendly than Ethereum’s Solidity. However, as a relatively new programming language, Move currently has limited adoption.
