TechFlow reported on October 25 that, according to Arkham monitoring, a U.S. government address (holding funds seized from the Bitfinex hacker) withdrew stablecoins worth $6.57 million from Aave.
Subsequently, these stablecoins were transferred together with an additional 177.89 ETH to the address 0x3486eE700CcaF3E2F9C5eC9730a2e916a4740A9f, which exchanged approximately 5.45 million USDC for 2,135.27 ETH.
At present, the specific motive behind this address's actions cannot be confirmed.
