TechFlow news, October 22 — According to Cointelegraph, decentralized oracle network Chainlink has launched two new privacy-preserving features designed to help financial institutions protect data privacy on blockchain networks. The two features are the Blockchain Privacy Manager and the CCIP Private Transactions Encryption Protocol.
ANZ Bank will be among the first institutions to trial the technology. The bank plans to use it under the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s tokenization initiative "Project Guardian" for cross-chain settlement of tokenized real-world assets (RWA). Chainlink co-founder Sergey Nazarov said: "Privacy is a critical requirement for most institutional transactions. We anticipate significant institutional adoption of blockchain technology as Chainlink enables cross-chain private transactions."
