TechFlow news, September 26 — According to an official announcement, Japanese gaming blockchain Oasys has partnered with the Arbitrum Foundation to integrate Arbitrum Orbit technology into its infrastructure. This marks the first time Arbitrum Orbit is being used outside of Ethereum L1 for a gaming-specific chain. Through this integration, Oasys’ Hub Layer (L1) will support the creation and deployment of Verses (Oasys L2) using Arbitrum’s scaling solution. Uprising Verse will be the first Verse Layer 2 launched using this innovative approach.
The collaboration is expected not only to enhance liquidity within the ecosystem but also to strengthen synergies between the Oasys and Arbitrum ecosystems. Ryo Manzoku, Oasys' Technical Director, stated that leveraging the vast potential of the Arbitrum ecosystem via Uprising Verse will drive the development of the Oasys blockchain.
