TechFlow News: South Korea's cryptocurrency exchange Bithumb has replaced its compliance officer, who resigned ahead of a routine inspection by the Financial Supervisory Service. On September 23, Bithumb stated that the former compliance officer and vice president had submitted his resignation for personal reasons in early September. The exchange appointed a new compliance officer on September 20.
Bithumb is currently preparing to undergo renewal review for its Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) qualification in November.
