TechFlow reports, according to Ember monitoring, James Fickel, a bullish ETH/BTC trader, continued reducing his position last night by selling 11,535 ETH (worth about $27.06 million) and exchanging them for 449.5 WBTC to repay loans and lower his exposure.
Since beginning his reduction on August 11, Fickel has sold a total of 38,685 ETH (worth approximately $93.8 million), converting them into 1,557.8 WBTC to repay borrowings on Aave.
At its peak, Fickel's WBTC loan on Aave reached 2,865 WBTC (around $172 million). He still has 1,308.8 WBTC outstanding (approximately $78.71 million). Over the past 37 days, Fickel has reduced more than half of his long ETH/BTC position.
