TechFlow news, on September 9, according to Dune dashboard data, Friend.tech has generated approximately $89.29 million in fee revenue since its launch, with $44.67 million distributed to creators and the remainder going to the Friend.tech team. Industry insiders have pointed out that after nearly a year of operation and collecting about $45 million in fees, the team has executed a "soft rug".
Previous report, the Web3 social platform Friend.tech abandoned control of its smart contract on the morning of September 8, 2024, transferring it to an Ethereum null address, effectively announcing the shutdown of the platform.
