TechFlow reports on September 9 that according to the @filippoarman dashboard, Farcaster, the Web3 social network praised by Vitalik, has seen slowing user growth. Daily new users have dropped from a peak of 15,000 in early February to around 650 currently, comparable to Lens. Farcaster's daily active users (DAU) have declined from a high of 100,000 in early July to 60,000, a 40% drop. Both posting and engagement numbers have fallen over 60% from their peaks. Earlier reports indicated that Farcaster completed a $150 million Series A funding round in May this year, achieving a $1 billion valuation led by Paradigm.
