TechFlow news, September 6 — According to CoinDesk, former U.S. President Donald Trump delivered a speech at the New York Economic Club outlining his economic agenda for a potential second term. Trump reiterated that if re-elected, he would make the United States the "global capital of cryptocurrency." He stated, "We will embrace future industries, including making America the world center for cryptocurrency and Bitcoin, rather than cracking down on them."
Trump also said that if elected, he would take Elon Musk’s advice to establish a Government Efficiency Commission tasked with auditing federal spending and eliminating waste. Jokingly, he suggested appointing Musk—who he described as "not busy"—to lead the commission. In response, Musk posted on X, saying, "If given the opportunity, I look forward to serving America. No compensation, no title, no recognition needed."
