TechFlow news, on September 2, the LayerZero Foundation announced on X that the LayerZero Community Program has officially launched. This program aims to incentivize community participation and promote diversified growth of the ecosystem. A total of 5 million ZRO tokens will be allocated throughout the program to distribute millions of ZRO tokens to community members during the activation period. Community members who joined before June will receive an initial allocation of 25,000 ZRO each.
The program introduces three new roles: Community Members, Builders, and Content Creators. Participants can choose a role based on their interests and expertise to deeply engage in building the LayerZero ecosystem. A six-tier progression system is established—zerolayer, intern, hero, og, legend, and god. Users can level up by making significant contributions within the community, encouraging sustained engagement and innovation. Existing members must complete a role migration process to maintain eligibility for rewards, while new members should select an appropriate role to prepare for the next reward distribution.
