TechFlow reports, crypto KOL cygaar posted on X stating that Abstract has launched the Abstract Global Wallet (AGW), "We're building a completely new chain-level experience—users will never need to download extensions, and apps can work seamlessly out of the box." AGW leverages multiple features of Abstract's native account abstraction protocol.
According to the announcement, AGW aims to solve issues such as fragmentation, unclear user experiences, and opaque transaction flows. At its core, AGW is a smart contract wallet powered by account abstraction. AGW will utilize multiple AA features to enhance user experience.
The default signer for AGW will be an embedded wallet powered by Privy. Privy allows users to log in seamlessly via social accounts, email, password, or existing EOA. The Privy signer will initiate transactions on behalf of the AGW smart account and will also offer real-time transaction simulation and fraud prevention at the point of transaction. The team also plans to allow users to control AGW using their existing EOA and passwords in the future.
