TechFlow reports that on August 22, according to official announcements, Fractal Bitcoin has reopened its testnet inscription service and adjusted its service policies. The new policy removes the previous offer of 25 free inscriptions for early users, now requiring service fees for all inscriptions within each batch. Additionally, the maximum number of inscriptions per batch has been reduced from 1,000 to 100. Fractal Bitcoin stated these changes aim to optimize user experience and address potential issues, providing a smoother and more efficient testing experience.
