TechFlow news, Binance announced it will forcibly convert 15 tokens in users' wallets into USDC. The affected tokens include: Bitcoin Gold (BTG), Bitcoin Standard Hashrate Token (BTCST), Bitshares (BTS), District0x (DNT), Groestlcoin (GRS), Hegic (HEGIC), MobileCoin (MOB), Monero (XMR), Monetha (MTH), Multichain (MULTI), Navcoin (NAV), Sologenic (SOLO), Spartan Protocol (SPARTA), Symbol (XYM), and Tribe (TRIBE).
Binance will take a snapshot of user holdings at 08:00 Beijing time on September 2, 2024, and complete the conversion by 07:59 Beijing time on March 2, 2025. Users may withdraw these tokens before 07:59 Beijing time on September 2, 2024; after that, withdrawals will no longer be possible. The conversion will be based on the average exchange rate during the period from September 2, 2024 to March 1, 2025.
