For users who already have accounts, engaging in financial transactions with sanctioned entities—such as Garantex and Tornado Cash—including depositing funds from these entities to OKX or withdrawing from OKX to them, will trigger compliance risk controls, potentially resulting in account termination.
Star emphasized that sanctions are a distant concern for most ordinary users, and the vast majority of users do not need to worry.
