TechFlow news, according to the latest report from FalconX, a cryptocurrency institutional trading platform, institutional investors are actively buying digital assets. Data shows that all types of investors are in net-buying territory, with proprietary trading desks accounting for 57% of total flow, hedge funds at 63%, venture capital funds at 61%, and retail aggregators at 72%. The buy-sell ratio has risen from below 50% last week to over 50% today.
Bitcoin (BTC) remains the most popular crypto asset, with trading volume 2.8 times that of Ethereum (ETH).
In addition, major cryptocurrencies such as BTC and ETH continue to outperform small-cap tokens in trading activity, with trading volumes more than twice those of altcoins.
