TechFlow news, on August 2, according to Global Market Report, Trump's campaign team recently announced that it raised $138.7 million in July, a figure lower than the $200 million Vice President Harris raised during her first week as presidential candidate. Trump's team noted that as of August, their cash reserves stood at $327 million, which, with only three months remaining until the general election, puts them under certain financial pressure.
Harris's campaign team has not yet disclosed the exact total amount raised in July, but stated that within just seven days since she took over Biden's campaign, they collected a record-breaking $200 million, with two-thirds of the funds coming from first-time donors. This indicates that Harris's campaign is triggering a new wave of donation enthusiasm and volunteer engagement, strengthening her competitiveness in the upcoming electoral battle.
