TechFlow reports that Movement, a Move language infrastructure project, has announced its integration with Polygon's AggLayer and launched its public testnet Parthenon.
Rushi Manche, co-founder of Movement, clarified details regarding the Movedrop initiative. Rushi emphasized: "We won't farm users." He explained that users only need to complete 10% of tasks from one guild to be recognized in the Movedrop and earn their first resource—completing all tasks is not required. Rushi added: "The rest is up to you."
As the first Move-based ecosystem leveraging AggLayer, Movement enables Ethereum developers to directly deploy Solidity contracts on Move chains.
The testnet has already attracted $160 million in committed total value locked (TVL), including $100 million pledged by Solv Protocol and an additional $60 million from existing investors such as 280 Capital.
Six Web3 projects have already deployed on the Movement testnet, including Echelon, Moveposition, Meridian, Avitus, BRKT, and Infinite Seas.
Movement previously raised $38 million in a Series A round, aiming to build a blockchain ecosystem based on Move, with the mainnet expected to launch later this year.
