TechFlow reported, Matrixport released a chart today indicating that typically, significant speculation occurs in the market prior to the launch of major financial products.
Surprisingly, the current realized volatility spread between Ethereum and Bitcoin is near low levels. Historically, Ethereum has exhibited a higher beta relative to Bitcoin due to its perceived greater upside potential.
Currently, the realized volatility of Bitcoin and Ethereum is equal, with a ratio of 1.0. This is notable because Ethereum's volatility has historically been about 50% higher than Bitcoin's.
