TechFlow reports that Celsius has reached a settlement agreement with KeyFi and its founder Jason Stone (aka 0xb1 X).
Under the terms of the agreement, KeyFi will transfer to Celsius various assets including hundreds of tokens and valuable NFTs, as well as $1.1 million in proceeds from Mutant Ape Yacht Club sales.
Celsius will liquidate these assets over the next twelve months and pay KeyFi $300,000 plus a rare Marco Santorini NFT. After liquidation, Celsius will also pay KeyFi 10% of the liquidation proceeds, up to a maximum of $500,000.
