TechFlow news, on July 5, IO.NET's official representative @TheAntiApe clarified on X that rumors regarding a transfer of 2.5 million IO tokens were misinformation. Previously, @maid_crypto claimed Hanz, the head of IO's marketing team, had moved 2.5 million IO through 110 addresses, allegedly involving "insider trading."
@TheAntiApe stated:
1. This contract is the Season 3 airdrop contract for IO, originating from Streamflow. The community rewards of 2.5 million IO and the remaining GPU rewards are managed in separate contracts; hence, the contract shows a total of 2.5 million IO.
2. The link shared by @maid_crypto filtered over 10,000 transactions. If the filter is removed, all small claim transactions within the contract become visible.
