TechFlow News — Algorand CEO Staci delivered a keynote speech at Decipher 2024, summarizing recent technical updates to the Algorand network, including Dynamic Lambda, Non-Archival Relays, and AlgoKit 2.0.
Since November 2022, Algorand has seen a threefold increase in on-chain wallets, a twofold rise in transaction volume, a 17-fold growth in DApps, and a 2.6-fold increase in developers. Transaction volume grew by 81%, production assets increased by 76%, all-time high daily transactions reached 43 million, while maintaining stable network performance with zero latency.
Looking ahead, Algorand plans to upgrade its consensus mechanism and develop P2P network topology, post-quantum VRF, and post-quantum transaction signature schemes.
Notably, Decipher 2024—the annual conference for the Algorand ecosystem—kicked off today (June 26) and will run for two days, serving as an efficient platform for developers within the Algorand community to exchange insights and explore future trends of the ecosystem.
