TechFlow news, according to Cointelegraph, the Sui network will expand its custody capabilities through a partnership with custody service provider Copper to increase its appeal to institutional funds. Sui stated that Copper's custody support is now available for Sui-native tokens such as the Ondo stablecoin (USDY). New custody features will be rolled out for staking and other decentralized finance functions, enhancing customers' options for issuing stablecoins and real-world assets.
Greg Siourounis, Managing Director of the Sui Foundation, said Copper's presence on Sui immediately improves its infrastructure through enterprise-grade custody solutions, a key prerequisite for attracting major institutions.
