TechFlow news — According to Bloomberg, a Spanish court has approved the bail application of Roger Ver, co-founder of Bitcoin.com, who paid a 150,000-euro bail.
The conditions require him to remain in Spain and surrender his passport, while appearing in court every two days. Roger Ver faces potential extradition to the United States over tax fraud allegations. According to the U.S. Department of Justice, Ver failed to report capital gains from his Bitcoin holdings or pay taxes on them.
