TechFlow reported that Grayscale submitted an amended S-3 registration statement on Thursday, with additional amendments expected, adding details regarding Ethereum processing and trust holdings.
The latest filing states that as of May 28, 2024, approximately 0.9455 ETH were required to create a basket of 100 shares, while under the amended trust agreement, 94.5526 ETH are required to create a basket of 10,000 shares.
Previous report, the SEC required spot Ethereum ETF issuers to submit their initial S-1 draft forms by Friday.
