TechFlow reports that Solana wallet Phantom has acquired Bitski, a wallet-as-a-service platform backed by prominent investors including Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and Galaxy Digital. Phantom plans to bring embedded wallets to Solana, offering a seamless, web2-like onboarding experience.
The Bitski team will join Phantom, expanding its team. Bitski has raised at least $25.5 million from notable institutional and individual investors. To date, Phantom has raised a total of $118 million, with backing from major institutions.
