TechFlow reports that decentralized derivatives trading platform dYdX has announced the official release of its V4 software version 5.0 within the coming weeks, featuring two major new functionalities: Isolated Markets and Isolated Margin.
Isolated Markets refer to markets with independent collateral pools and insurance funds, enabling the protocol to support a broader range of markets with differing risk profiles. Isolated Margin allows users to manually adjust collateral for specific positions, providing more intuitive control and clarity over collateral management. Additionally, Raydium will become the first validator capable of querying prices on the dYdX Chain from a decentralized exchange protocol.
