TechFlow reported, according to CoinDesk, that Liminal, a Singapore-based digital asset custodian, has received approval from regulators in Abu Dhabi. The company’s First Answer Middle East subsidiary obtained a Financial Services Permission (FSP) on Thursday from the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), allowing it to provide custody services in the region.
In recent weeks, Liminal has achieved a series of positive regulatory developments across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) regions. At the end of last month, its Dubai entity, First Answer Custody FZE, received preliminary approval from the Emirate's Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA); Liminal’s Indian subsidiary, First Answer India Technologies, also registered as a reporting entity.
