TechFlow reported, citing a Wednesday research report from JPMorgan, that bitcoin (BTC) prices may weaken following the halving of mining rewards. Additionally, cryptocurrency prices at around $61,200 still exceed the bank's volatility-adjusted gold price of $45,000 and the estimated post-halving production cost of $42,000.
JPMorgan also noted that despite the recent recovery in the crypto market, venture capital funding remains subdued.
