TechFlow News — Moongate, a Web3 utility platform, has announced the completion of a $2.7 million seed funding round led by Titan Fund, under CMCC Global, with participation from Token Bay Capital, Penrose Ventures, RNR Capital, Cogitent Ventures, GBV Capital, PHD Capital, and strategic investors including Coingecko, Synthetix, and Dolphin Browser.
The team has also received ecosystem grants and support from Arbitrum, Polygon, Avalanche, and BNB Chain. The funds will be used to develop a modular Web3 engagement layer for real-world activation. Building on its successful disruption in the ticketing industry, the company aims to expand its impact into other sectors, leveraging blockchain and artificial intelligence to transform interactive experiences.
