TechFlow reports that NFT creation and trading platform NFPrompt announced on X that, due to recent security issues, it is conducting a token swap to deprecate the old NFP tokens and will use a new smart contract.
The token symbol and project name remain unchanged. The contract migration includes redundancy and additional security layers to ensure tight operations. All NFP tokens associated with known hacker addresses have been effectively frozen and will not receive new tokens.
In addition, a snapshot will be taken on March 28 at 18:00 Beijing time. Affected users will be reimbursed based on their token balances at the time of the snapshot, with the full amount of tokens distributed at a 1:1 ratio according to the snapshot balance.
