TechFlow news, according to Montenegrin media outlet Vijesti, Terraform Labs' former CEO Do Kwon was placed in a "reception center" for foreigners by Montenegrin authorities after completing his sentence on March 23.
Kwon is expected to remain under supervision at the facility until local courts make a new decision on his extradition. Do Kwon's local legal representative, Goran Rodić, called this treatment illegal and said he would file an appeal with the local administrative court.
The local newspaper reported that the co-founder of Terra had his passport confiscated last week as well.
