TechFlow news: According to the Korea Daily, Terraform Labs founder Do Kwon could be extradited to South Korea as early as March 24. The South Korean prosecution investigating the case plans to transfer and continue its investigation immediately upon Mr. Do Kwon's arrival in the country.
There are no direct flights from Montenegro to South Korea, so the extradition must go through a third country. The prosecution intends to take custody of Do Kwon with the cooperation of Montenegrin authorities, then execute an arrest warrant onboard a South Korean aircraft. Do Kwon is expected to enter South Korea via Incheon International Airport as early as the 24th and will likely be immediately transferred to the Joint Investigation Unit for Financial and Securities Crimes at the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office, which is conducting the investigation.
