TechFlow news — FTX founder SBF said the U.S. prosecutors' proposal to sentence him to up to 50 years in prison "distorts reality" and paints him as a "fallen supervillain," according to Bloomberg.
Prosecutors argue that a 40- to 50-year sentence is warranted due to his "historic" crimes involving over one million victims and the collapse of his cryptocurrency empire, resulting in more than $10 billion in losses.
