TechFlow news: The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has delayed its decisions on the Hashdex Nasdaq Ethereum ETF and the ARK 21Shares Ethereum ETF, and is requesting public comments on these applications.
The SEC stated it will extend the decision period to allow sufficient time to evaluate the proposed rule changes and related issues.
Nasdaq Stock Market has submitted an application to the SEC to list the Hashdex Nasdaq Ethereum ETF.
According to a notice filed on Tuesday, the new deadlines for decisions on the Hashdex and ARK 21Shares spot Ethereum ETFs are May 30, 2024, and May 24, 2024, respectively.
