TechFlow news, according to Globenewswire, Web3 MMO gaming platform MetaCene has announced the completion of a $10 million private placement Series A funding round led by Folius Ventures and SevenX Ventures, with participation from The Spartan Group, Mantle Network, Animoca Ventures, Longling Capital, Comma3 Ventures, IGG, and others.
The new funds will be used to expand its development team and attract top talent in technology, design, and community management.
It is reported that MetaCene, partnering with gaming giants such as Mocaverse, YGG, and Ancient8, plans to launch Alpha Test V.3 in March 2024, supporting both PC and mobile platforms simultaneously.
Previous report, blockchain game MetaCene completed a $5 million seed funding round led by Hash Global and others.
