TechFlow news: Global X ETFs, part of Future Asset Financial Group, has announced the appointment of Citigroup Securities Services to support the launch of its first two covered call option exchange-traded funds in Hong Kong. These ETFs will bring the benefits of traditional covered call strategies to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's fund marketplace for the first time. Citigroup will provide comprehensive trustee, custody, fund accounting, and ETF services for these exchange-traded funds.
In addition, Global X submitted an application for a spot Bitcoin ETF to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission last year, but officially withdrew the application in January this year after facing multiple delays in the approval process.
