TechFlow reports that Overdare, an NFT-powered metaverse gaming project launched by South Korean game studio Krafton in collaboration with internet company Naver Z, has formed a strategic partnership with Circle, the issuer of USDC. This collaboration will leverage Circle’s programmable wallets to enable in-game content creators to create secure Web3 wallets and directly receive USDC payments on the platform.
Meanwhile, Overdare is expanding onto the Settlus network to streamline licensing for creative interactive content, allowing creators to prove asset ownership on the blockchain and license and monetize their creations.
In addition, USDC has been selected as an alternative method for creator monetization and transaction settlements.
