TechFlow news: Wormhole has released the tokenomics for its native token W, with a maximum supply of 10 billion tokens. 82% of W tokens are initially locked and will be unlocked over four years.
17% of the token supply is allocated to the community. Of this, 11% will be unlocked at TGE and distributed during the initial phase of TGE, including airdrops (and related activities) associated with TGE.
The snapshot for this airdrop has already been taken, and the remaining 6% will be unlocked within four months after TGE.
Allocations for other stakeholders are as follows: Guardian Nodes 5.1%; Ecosystem & Incubation 31%; Core Contributors 12%; Strategic Network Participants 11.6%; Foundation Treasury 23.3%.
