TechFlow news: Montenegrin police have announced that Han Chang-joon, former CFO of Terraform Labs, has been extradited to South Korea, where he will face criminal charges including fraud related to financial investment services, investments, and capital markets.
The lawyers representing Terraform Labs co-founder Do Kwon and Han Chang-joon stated they are awaiting a decision regarding Do Kwon.
In March 2023, Do Kwon and Han Chang-joon were arrested at Podgorica Airport, ending a six-month international manhunt. Terraform Labs filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy under U.S. bankruptcy law earlier this year.
