TechFlow news, according to Protos, court filings submitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York show that Justin Sun's legal team has delayed the upcoming fraud and market manipulation trial—marking the third postponement—and revived the previously dissolved Singapore-based TRON Foundation.
The initial lawsuit, filed by the U.S. SEC in March last year, alleged that DeAndre Cortez Way (aka SouljaBoy), Austin Mahone, and Justin Sun may have manipulated the TRON and BTT tokens.
Cortez Way defaulted, resulting in a default judgment, while Mahone settled in August 2023. Justin Sun did not respond until a week after the default judgment against Mahone, stating he would fight the SEC charges.
