TechFlow reports that cross-chain protocol Orbit Chain has issued a public notice stating it has sent a final negotiation notice to the attacker. All standard protocol-based communications, including the vulnerability bounty, will close at 9:00 AM Beijing time on January 11. If the attacker does not respond or rejects the proposal, the Orbit Chain team will open the bounty to the public and continue tracking the attacker with active support from contributors worldwide.
