TechFlow news, the Zhengzhou Municipal People's Government has issued a notice on the "Zhengzhou Digital Government Construction Action Plan," mentioning the exploration and promotion of blockchain plus artificial intelligence fully electronic business registration, advancing intelligent approval across all stages and chains of enterprise establishment, and providing full lifecycle services for enterprises including establishment, changes, and deregistration.
The plan encourages universities, research institutions, and enterprises to jointly conduct industry-academia-research-application studies on large models, promoting the healthy development of generative artificial intelligence industries. It also calls for building decision-making analysis systems for industrial high-quality development, industrial economic sector maps, and public service platforms for industrial digital transformation, to promote industrial upgrading and boost the growth of the digital economy.
