TechFlow news, according to Arkham monitoring, the FTX attacker mixed $7.3 million worth of Bitcoin today. Approximately 60% of the original stolen assets have now been mixed, valued at over $600 million at today's prices.
The FTX attacker initially bridged 4,540 BTC via the Ren Protocol in late November 2022, then worth about $75 million and now valued at over $185 million.
In October 2023, they swapped $142 million worth of ETH into BTC through Thorchain and immediately deposited the funds into a mixer. If converted at market rates and held in BTC, this amount would now be worth over $220 million.
