TechFlow news: 11 spot Bitcoin ETF applicants have submitted their 19b-4 amendment filings, including asset management firms BlackRock, Valkyrie, Grayscale, Bitwise, Hashdex, ARK 21Shares, Invesco Galaxy, Fidelity, Franklin Templeton, VanEck, and WisdomTree.
These filings represent one of the final stages in the SEC approval process, although S-1 forms must still be completed before U.S. exchanges can begin listing shares of investment securities with direct exposure to cryptocurrencies.
