TechFlow news, LINE Xenesis, a subsidiary of Japanese communications giant LINE, announced it will discontinue NFT-related services for "LINE NFT" and "DOSI Wallet" on January 5, 2024. In the future, "DOSI," provided by LINE NEXT, will launch on January 10, 2024, fully upgraded as a service featuring both marketplace and wallet functions.
Users must follow these steps to use digital assets in the new "DOSI":
- After the new "DOSI" launches, log in using the same SNS account as the original "DOSI Wallet"; data migration will then begin.
- If logging in with a different SNS account, a new account will be created and data will not be migrated.
- If users do not agree to the migration, they will not be able to use or manage digital assets from the original "DOSI Wallet" within the new "DOSI."
Previous report, LINE plans to launch its NFT marketplace on April 13 and intends to roll out its global NFT platform "DOSI."
