TechFlow news, according to Bitcoin.com, the total NFT sales volume for 2023 reached $8.7 billion, a 63.35% decrease compared to last year's $23.74 billion. However, the number of NFT transactions in 2023 surged to 90,607,554, surpassing 2022's 54,857,850.
According to Cryptoslam data, there were 4.16 million NFT sellers and 4.97 million buyers in 2023. Overall, NFT sales on the Bitcoin blockchain climbed to fourth place with total annual sales of $1.83 billion. Ethereum led the rankings with $4.212 billion in annual NFT sales, followed by Solana ($4.62 billion) and Ronin ($4.25 billion). Despite growth in BTC-related NFT sales, the Axie Infinity collection remains the top-selling series.
