TechFlow news, according to Reuters citing sources, if the SEC chooses to approve spot Bitcoin ETFs, it may notify issuers as early as next Tuesday or Wednesday.
As of Friday, companies including BlackRock, VanEck, Valkyrie, Bitwise, Invesco, Fidelity, WisdomTree, and Ark/21Shares have all submitted new filings to the SEC detailing arrangements with market makers to ensure trading liquidity and efficiency. Companies that have met the year-end filing revision deadline could potentially launch by January 10.
