TechFlow reports, Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas pointed out on X that Fidelity's newly filed amended S-1 form reveals a fee of 0.39%, setting the lowest record to date, with Jane Street designated as the authorized participant.
According to the filing, the fund will pay the sponsor a daily fee of 0.39%, to be settled monthly in bitcoin or cash. The sponsor has the sole discretion to waive all or part of the fees during specified periods; however, any such waiver does not create an obligation to waive fees outside the waived period.
