("Mulana IM"), a firm licensed by Hong Kong's Securities and Futures Commission to provide regulated virtual asset management services under Categories 1, 4, and 9. The partnership will see both parties collaborate across multiple business dimensions to continuously enhance their digital asset products and services.
Under this strategic framework, OSL will cooperate with Mulana IM under a designated agent model, offering professional investors of Mulana IM an efficient, secure, and convenient digital asset trading platform. Meanwhile, OSL will serve as the virtual asset trading and custody partner for funds managed by Mulana IM, ensuring all fund-related activities are conducted securely and in compliance with regulations.
In addition, Mulana IM will support OSL in research and investment analysis for Web3 and blockchain projects, as well as due diligence for token listings. This collaboration aims to drive innovation in the digital asset sector and jointly expand opportunities.
